At Fern Hills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy, allowing you to return the item(s) you purchased within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
1. Unused and Unworn: The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
2. Original Packaging: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or invoice, when requesting a return.
How to Initiate a Return:

2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Pack and Ship: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship it back to the address provided along with the RA number. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Your Refund:
Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
Exclusions:
• Customized and Engraved Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized or engraved items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. (UNBOXING VIDEO MANDATORY)

Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations
There may be certain orders that we might be unable to process due to certain reasons. Fern Hills solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Certain criteria for cancellation of order includes that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracy or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In such case if customer has placed the order and payment is made and if we are unable to Provide the product/products or customer cancel their order before order status update in processing (order processing time may take 24-48 working hours), full paid amount will be refunded to customer within 10-15 working days in same payment mode as you paid.
Also if the order is cancelled by the customer after being processed, the amount of that order won't be refunded.
The recipient, upon signing the delivery receipt, acknowledges the receipt of the product in terms of the order placed with the Company. The Company is not liable to the Customer / recipient for any refund / replacement, under any circumstances, for any subsequent complaints with respect to such deliveries If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the Company / courier agent shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to . All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member. In such case the order will be cancelled and the voucher amount of such product will not be refundable.
